Every y value is 1.2 times the value of x, in this particular proportional rel.
If x = 5, y = 6, and (5,6) is on the graph of this rel.
If x = 0 and y = 0, (0, 0) is also on the graph.
If x = 3 and y = 4, this point is not on the graph, because 4 is not equal to 1.2(3).
