Make sure when applying to jobs to keep your application and resume very positive. Put “better opportunity” if you voluntarily resigned or were asked to resign. If the job was seasonal such as a summer job or a holiday job put “seasonal,” or if your were fired put something like “career change” or “expanding job experiences.”
