If the probability of a train being on time is 0.4 and the probability of it being late is 0.36 whats the probability of it being early ?

these 3 probabilities must add up to 1 
so probability of being early = 1 - 0.4 - 0.36  = 1 - 0.76  = 0.24 Answer
