what is the nth term in the sequence 3 , 8 , 15 , 24 , 35

the sequence is to add 2 each time
8-3=5
15-8=7
24-15=9
35-24=11
therefore the next numner would be =13 so 35+13= 48
bc.....
48-35= 13
basically as the number gets bigger the added number gains 2pts each time
