Suppose P(E) = 0.3. Find P(not E). Suppose P(not E) = 65%. Find P(E).

What is the relationship between E and not E?

Try this option:
1. rule: P(E)+P(not E)=1.
2. according to the rule above
P(not E)=1-P(E)=1-0.3=0.7;
P(E)=1-P(not E)=(100-65)%=35%.
