The equation of a circle:

[tex](x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2[/tex]

(h, k) - a coordinates of the center

r - a radius

A diameter d = 2r

We have

[tex]x^2+(y-2)^2=100\to r^2=100\to r=\sqrt{100}\to r=10[/tex]

Answer: d = 2 · 10 = 20
