Let H be the height of the tower.
Find the base of the bigger triangle:
3 + 45 = 48
Since they are similar triangles, we will use proportion:
3/48 = 2/H
Simplify:
1/16 =2/H
Cross multiply:
H = 2 x 16
H = 32 meters
Answer: Height = 32 m
